Mindfulness means ‘paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non judgementally’ (Jon-Kabat Zinn) and is a technique which helps us be more productive and creative, improve our memory and reduce stress and anxiety.
Your Life changing course will coach you through building a Mindfulness Habit for Life, starting with the basics and building up and testing different Mindfulness teachniques to meet your unique learning style and fit around a busy lifestyle.
You will be supported and challenged through the 8 weeks of life changing content with expert coaching and support from an accredited Mindfulness teacher and International Coaching Federation Associate certfied coach.
Courses will run in small supportive groups with group coaching sessions and a private exclusive Facebook book for you to be supported and challenged in the group environment through the 8 Weeks.
