These dont only make us happier, they turn on the learning centres in the brain firing our brains up and allowing us to do so much more with more brain fuel.
The 21 Days of Happiness involves coaching on your goals and aspirations on the 21 day programme which changes your brain wiring enabling you to do so much more.
We kick off the 21 days with a coaching and contracting session and give you instructions and tools for the 21 days, everything you need to build those habits. We set you off on your journey of 21 days giving you all the support you need.
We then follow up with a final coaching session after the 21 days to explore progress and habits and discuss what you need going forwards to maintain those habits.
We use the data from the inventories you are provided with to fill in to support you in building a sustainable habit and meeting you where you are at now. We also give you support with planning for the future of how you will maintain the habit going forwards meeting you where you are at the moment of completion too.
